Created in 2008, by Millenniun Tecnologia ambiental, with the purpose of keeping its accurate quality control for the manufacture of Enzilimp, the company’s laboratory is currently a crucial support tool for decision making by the Technical Department in order to accomplish positive results.
Effluents treatment monitoring performed in the companies, from the entry until disposal into the receiving body is extremely important for efficient control and positive results. Only by such control and monitoring can we check efficiency of Enzilimp product and the relevant treatment conditions.
Basic items by themselves are not enough to enable the user accomplish the most beneficial results that the product can offer. In this case, manufacturer’s action plays all the difference, through a detailed and competent technical follow-up.
For such, the laboratory has been enlarged in order to produce from physical and chemical analysis up to microbiological analysis aiming to follow-up effluents treatment in our clients, monitoring accomplished results and allowing Constant information exchange with technicians and clients, with the possibility of performing enhancements and adjustments to the product use in order to accomplish more efficient results and also in the stations’ control operational matters.

Chemistry professor also holding several specializations, at post-degree level, we work towards supporting our clients’ demands throughout Brazil. Our purpose, with that, is not to render services of analysis, but to sustain our clients with the essential technical support and more accurate information on what happens when we use the technique of bio-enhancement for effluents treatment.
Besides the careful analysis of each product lot that exits the plant, the laboratory provides more than 20 types of analysis to the clients, being able to monitor the entire process of effluents bio-treatment, adjusting dosages and processes. Among those analysis we can highlight some more relevant ones such as DQO, DBO5, solids series, nitrogen, phosphorus, pH, dissolved oxygen and an essential microbiological analysis for biologic treatment control, activated sludge micro-life analysis. We also count with proprietary equipment for environmental liabilities investigation with the purpose of quantifying contamination existing at the site and thus being able to remedy that.
